Your role

To provide the quality analysis and rigorous reporting necessary to adequately inform and support the Risk Management team.

About The Role

Reporting to the Credit Control Team Leader, we are currently seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join the team

In this role you will be responsible for the effective credit risk management across all our Australasia customers, which includes :

Credit Control and Collections

Maximise recovery of outstanding amounts

Referring aged debt to our Outside Collection Agencies

Resolving general customer queries within SLA's

Provide analysis and reporting as required

Manage appropriate customer communication

Assist the team in the credit assessment process

About You

This opportunity will suit someone with a strong background in credit control or collections, you will be results focused and enjoy problem solving.

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to always operate in a friendly and professional manner, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently if required.

The ideal candidate will be a team player, eager to learn, who has a great can-do attitude!

To be considered for this role, you must also have the following skills and experience :

3+ years Credit Control or Collections in a commercial environment

Disputes management and strong negotiation skills

High attention to detail is essential

Excellent communication skills

Able to work under pressure

Intermediate Excel working knowledge

Familiarity with both New Zealand and Australian customers and respective credit

Familiarity with commercial customers

Experience presenting status reports to management
