The Opportunity
We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support our accounts receivable and credit control operations on a
12-month fixed term contract
As a part of the Accounts team, you'll be at the heart of our Finance and Business Performance function, supporting the team and delivering high quality services.

Day to day you will
Proactively manage credit control and accounts receivable tasks, driving timely collections with precision and a strong commitment to financial integrity.
Recommend effective collection strategies to the business, tailored to individual circumstances.
Respond to queries from internal stakeholders and external clients in a timely and professional manner.
Reconcile ledgers, resolve outstanding balances, and ensure financial accuracy across transactions.
Prepare and review sundry invoices, purchase orders, payment files, and cash receipts.
Liaise with debt collection agencies and maintain effective working relationships.
Complete AR and credit control reporting, identifying and recommending process improvements.
Provide backup support to the wider accounts team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
About you
3-5 years minimum proven experience in AR and credit control.
Leadership capability and a collaborative mindset.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
A passion for process improvement and delivering excellent service.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Expertise in financial systems and reconciliations.
Confidence to work autonomously and take initiative
