This position is based in our Ellerslie office.
You will lead the credit control team, ensuring effective and efficient operations aligned with the organization's financial goals and business objectives.What You'll Be DoingSupervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the credit control team through coaching, training, and performance management.Act as a point of escalation for queries from applicants, customers, merchants, and sales.Drive credit activities in the ANZ region to reduce financial risk while maximizing customer acquisition and retention.How We WorkThis role offers a hybrid work environment (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
