We’re on the lookout for a sharp, proactive, and relationship-driven Credit & Collections Analyst to join our high-performing finance team.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end management of collections for national key accounts and bureau store customers
• Opening and monitoring new accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of overdue balances
• Proactive communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive cash flow and minimise bad debt
• Coaching and supporting the Credit & Collections Coordinator
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline operations and boost efficiency
