We're on the lookout for a sharp, proactive, and relationship-driven Credit & Collections Analyst to join our high-performing finance team.

What You'll Own
End-to-end management of collections for national key accounts and bureau store customers
Opening and monitoring new accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of overdue balances
Proactive communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive cash flow and minimise bad debt
Coaching and supporting the Credit & Collections Coordinator
Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline operations and boost efficiency
What You Bring
5+ years' experience managing high-volume, complex ledgers
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Proven ability to lead and mentor others
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
Experience with medium to large ERP systems (SAP preferred)
