Responsibilities

Follow our Assurance call model to maintain consistent and high-quality service.

Contribute to team success by engaging in problem solving, sharing best practices, and positively influencing team interactions.

Proactively challenge existing processes with a focus on improving customer outcomes.

Stay informed and compliant with all organisational policies and procedures.

Provide world class Customer Service to internal and external customers, delivering a high level of support, listening and empathising to achieve the desired outcomes for the customer and ASB.

What you need to be successful

Ability to influence customers through education and presenting suitable solutions.

Confident decision-making skills to negotiate repayment arrangements that benefit both ASB and customers.

Maintain composure under pressure and demonstrate empathy to deliver positive outcomes.

Adaptability to change and a proactive mindset.

Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering effective solutions.

Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to connect with customers in diverse situations.
