Join Metlifecare as a People Support Coordinator to provide HR support and administration for 2000+ staff in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include :
Serving as the first point of contact for People advisory and support services for 2000+ staff nationwide
Monitoring and responding to shared people inbox
Managing new employee data in HRIS and maintaining accurate people records (UKG)
Administering the employee lifecycle through HRIS
Providing People Focused reporting from HRIS
Delivering frontline customer experience support and building relationships with Village Managers
Supporting People Business Partners and People Leaders with ad hoc Employment Relations administration tasks
Participating in ongoing People projects to develop skills and experience
About You
The company is looking for :
Confidence in communication and natural people skills
A strong desire to learn and support others
Ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks with outstanding attention to detail
Capability to work at pace in a fast-moving environment
Encouragement to question the status quo and propose efficient solutions
Recent HR graduate or highly efficient administrator seeking to move into people-related work
