    What You'll Be Doing

    • Coordinate and create engaging organic social media content that reflects our brand and connects with our audience.
    • Manage online communities - responding promptly and positively to queries, striking the right tone in comments, and navigating the nuances of content moderation.
    • Support and execute social media campaigns for donor acquisition, retention, and new site launches.
    • Monitor, report, and optimise social media performance using analytics and insights.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver cohesive messaging and support organisational initiatives.
    • What You Bring

    • A qualification in Communications, Marketing, Digital / Social Media, Journalism, or a related field.
    • 2+ years' experience creating and managing social content across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), which ideally includes experience creating and editing short-form vertical video content.
    • Strong understanding of digital communication principles, content strategy, and user engagement.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, email marketing).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
    • Experience in community management and engaging with audiences online.
    • Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive mindset.
    • Commitment to upholding organisational values, compliance, and continuous improvement.
    • A portfolio of work that showcases your creative digital storytelling ideas and execution.Ideally you will also bring experience creating social media content for government or NGOs
