We are looking for a proactive, service- and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Auckland. This is a newly created, full-time permanent role based in Auckland.

What you’ll be doing and why it matters : you’ll be at the center of activity, ensuring projects and operations run smoothly and efficiently, working closely with our Engagement Directors and Delivery Managers to support day-to-day administration and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Project Administration : support activities such as commercial preparation, project reporting, documentation, timesheet approvals, and maintaining data integrity across systems.
- Delivery & Support : coordinate smaller and hybrid engagements, and provide behind-the-scenes support for Engagement Directors on larger projects and with key clients.
- Driving Efficiency : collaborate with senior leaders to leverage AI and automation, streamline internal delivery processes, and improve ways of working.
- Keep projects on track and enable the team to deliver quality outcomes for clients.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience in project coordination, administration, or operations.Strong organisational skills, including reporting, scheduling, documentation, and maintaining data accuracy across systems.Ability to support senior leaders, manage competing priorities, and maintain milestones and communications.Collaborative, relation-building skills with colleagues and clients.Curious and forward-thinking, with a preference for finding smarter, more efficient ways of working, including automation and AI tools.Thrives in a busy, people-focused environment and enjoys being the “glue” that holds projects together.What’s on offer
