Project & Product Coordinator

Overview

Location : Freemans Bay, Auckland

Hours : Full-time, Monday to Friday

AutoPlay is currently looking for a motivated Project & Product Coordinator to join our Product, Integrations and Project team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help drive onboarding, product deployments, account migrations and integrations — ensuring our customers have a smooth and successful experience.

What you’ll do

• Manage end-to-end projects including customer onboarding, account merges / splits and migrations.
• Develop project plans, keep timelines on track and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Support product development by scoping tickets, writing UAT requirements and documenting new features.
• Lead onboarding for new customers, making the process efficient, enjoyable and adoption-focused.
• Collaborate with Product and Integrations Managers to shape product roadmaps and training initiatives.
• Assist with marketing and sales collateral, training material and knowledge-sharing across the team.
