Overview

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join their IT Delivery team.

This role will suit someone with a strong Financial background and proven ability to support complex multiple project environments.

Contract - 6 months

Location - Auckland CBD

Start - ASAP

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Project Managers, Programme Managers and the wider Project Coordinator community across multiple IT projects.
  • Managing financials including budgeting, forecasting, OPEX and CAPEX
  • Preparing reports and tracking project performance to support informed decision-making.
  • Coordinating stakeholders and ensuring effective communication across teams.
  • Assisting with project governance, documentation, and delivery activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Solid systems knowledge : SAP and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Advantageous : experience with Planview or other portfolio management tools.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work across multiple projects.
  • Great team player with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
