Team Administrator - WellingtonTe whiwhinga mahi | The opportunityWe're looking for a proactive and efficient Team Administrator to support the Central Structural team.

You'll provide high-quality administrative support to the Section Manager and team, helping coordinate reports, diaries, correspondence, meetings, travel, and supplies.

You'll also assist with reception cover, document formatting, data management, and staff processes including inductions and timesheets.You'll play a key role in maintaining section Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) activities, supporting internal and external clients, and ensuring timely, professional communication.
