About the role
AS 2021 Ltd is seeking a skilled and organised Office Administrator to join our team in Greytown, Wellington. In this is preferred as a full-time position, but we are willing to consider part-time hours for the right person. You will be responsible for providing administrative and customer support to ensure the smooth running of our office operations. Your role will be essential in supporting our growing business and contributing to our continued success.
What you'll be doing
- Assist with the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office, including answering phones, greeting visitors, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems
- Process and code creditor invoices and assist with debtor invoicing.
- Provide customer service support, responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Provide back up to payroll processing as required.
- Provide support to our social media sites and posts.
- Assist with the coordination of office operations, such as purchasing office and kitchen supplies, managing inventory, and liaising with vendors and service providers.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a clean, organised, and welcoming office environment
What we're looking for
Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role, preferably within a small to medium-sized businessExcellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressureStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanourProficient in using office equipment and software, including Xero and Microsoft Office suiteA keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentationA team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the businessWhat we offer
