Are you a digital marketing technologist who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and technology? Farmlands, New Zealand’s largest farming co-operative, is seeking a hands-on expert to lead and evolve our digital customer communications ecosystem.
In this pivotal role, you’ll design and deliver targeted, data-driven digital journeys - translating customer insights and commercial objectives into strategic marketing plans that drive engagement, conversion, and loyalty. You’ll be responsible for our marketing technology stack (including Adobe Campaign and more), leading campaign automation and turning data into measurable commercial outcomes.
Your impact will span owned channels (email, app, web), earned (social), and paid (digital advertising), ensuring our rural customers receive timely, relevant, and personalised communications. You’ll also collaborate closely with our newest joint venture, Flex, to create seamless lead generation and accelerate business growth.
This is a 12-month fixed-term position.
