A fast-growing Christchurch company is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead paid media and lifecycle channels with a data-driven, creative approach.

What you’ll bring :
- BCom Degree in Marketing or other degree or tertiary qualification in marketing, comms, or similar (or equivalent experience)
- 6+ years digital marketing experience, ideally within e-commerce or SaaS
- Essential is hands-on experience with HubSpot Pro (campaigns, lifecycle flows, attribution) and GA4 / GTM tracking
- Proven success managing Google Ads (Search, PMAX, YouTube, Pinterest a bonus) and hitting CAC / ROAS targets
- Strong grasp of UTM governance, data hygiene, and event-based conversion tracking
- Lifecycle marketing expertise (segmentation, nurture, re-engagement, deliverability)
- Ability to lead structured testing (audiences, creatives, offers) and optimise across funnels
- Analytical mindset with commercial acumen : dashboards, forecasting, and actionable reporting
- Experience with paid social a strong advantage
- Good collaborative team player
