If you thrive on pace, complexity and making a tangible impact, this is your opportunity.ResponsibilitiesPartner with initiative owners to design, deliver and embed high-stakes transformation initiatives.Develop and execute enterprise level change strategies that drive adoption and measurable outcomes.Provide project delivery leadership - including scoping, planning, risk management and accountability for results.Build capability across the business by equipping leaders and teams with tools, skills and confidence to lead change.Monitor the effectiveness of the change management strategy and adapt as required.Provide project management support to initiative owners, including planning, scoping, scheduling and risk management.Drive accountability for delivery of outcomes, ensuring initiatives remain on track and aligned to enterprise objectives.Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on best practice change and delivery.What's in it for you?
