We're searching for a visionary Team Manager, Digital Motor Assessment to spearhead the revolution towards seamless, no-touch digital assessments that wow customers and streamline supplier processes.

You'll lead a high-performing team of digital motor assessors, coaching and inspiring them to hit targets on repair costs, speed, and quality — all while delivering exceptional service that gives our customers real peace of mind.

What you will bring :

Proven track record with 3+ years in operational management leading specialist teams

Experience driving business improvements in the insurance or financial services industry

A collaborative leader who partners with suppliers to achieve outstanding results

A people-first mindset with strong coaching and staff development skills

Sharp decision-maker who always puts the customer first

Bonus : Technical or trade qualifications
