You’ll lead a high-performing team of digital motor assessors, coaching and inspiring them to hit targets on repair costs, speed, and quality — all while delivering exceptional service that gives our customers real peace of mind.

• Lead a high-performing team of digital motor assessors, coaching and inspiring them to hit targets on repair costs, speed, and quality
• Drive the execution of seamless, no-touch digital motor assessments that improve customer experience and streamline supplier processes
• Partner with suppliers to achieve outstanding results and foster collaborative relationships
• Ensure delivery of exceptional service that provides customers with peace of mind
