About the role
Our Assistant Managers work closely with their Store Managers to drive store success through sales, KPIs, and team development. You will be responsible for leading, inspiring, and developing your team in an environment where product knowledge is crucial, as our customers often have a passion for the outdoors. They expect a well-presented store and a team that can deliver excellent customer service, sharing their enthusiasm and helping everyone enjoy the outdoors. We’re all Brand Ambassadors!
About you
We are seeking passionate and driven individuals with a background in retail management. Organizational skills, a strong commercial mindset, and a flair for visual merchandising are essential. Clothing experience is a plus but not required. An enthusiastic, hands-on attitude is a must!
