You'll get to experience projects in different phases, managing everything from design to construction and getting a project to the finish line - that magic day when people walk into their new building or tamariki see their new school for the first time.You'll go onto MyPath, our supported APM programme, a planned pathway and structured programme to grow your experience.

It puts you in the driving seat, but you'll have a 'driving instructor' beside you – senior faces who will be hands on with advice, guidance and next steps.You Matter @ TBIGYou really do!

You'll have boots on the ground when you go on a site visit, you'll contribute to meetings, soak up skills at Lunch 'n' Learn sessions and be part of our regular social events.

We give you access and time to grow personally as well as professionally.The RoleYou'll be part of a team, with a mentor, helping our projects hit their milestones through : Supporting the TBIG project team in project delivery.Engaging with people on projects – it's all about team and building relationships with clients, consultants and contractors.Preparing reports, minutes, and programmes – it's the big and small details that matter.Developing skills in meeting management.Contract administration support.Here's what we need from you : Minimum tertiary level qualification in construction, property or similar.1-3 years industry experience, you might have been finding your feet, and can now see that project management is where you want to be.Ambition to learn and be mentored towards a PM career on TBIG's MyPath Programme.Strong MS365 skills, and the ability to quickly learn new programmes.Some exposure to contract administration.A great attitude, our clients and project teams genuinely enjoy working with TBIG teams.Be a good communicator - if you're clear, consistent and positive, you'll win respect.A willingness to step up and take ownership for delivering some parts of a project - strong time management skills will help you to manage several tasks and deliverables at the same timeYou will have googled us by now : And here's what you will have found ...
