We almost exclusively work on projects in high compliance environments, which require active project management and where we can Self Perform up the 70% of the work.We don't just manage projects - we explore boundaries, solve complex problems, and deliver results that matter.

Bachelor or Engineering or equivalent qualification / experience.Over 15 years in construction.Proven experience managing projects over $30M in New Zealand, Australia or the UKCareer progression from Site Engineer to Project Engineer to Project Manager, with diverse, high-responsibility roles.Expertise in financial management, including cost reporting and contract management.A collaborative mindset to build strong relationships with stakeholders and management.You think outside the box.What We OfferGrowth & Development : We invest in your professional development through training, development programmes, mentoring and professional accreditation.Competitive Remuneration : Depending on location and experience, the base salary for this role starts at $180k to $220k + vehicle, phone and laptop.Private health insurance, annual health monitoring, increased parental leave, retail discount schemes.Paid parental leave and extra time off for partners.Community Impact : We give back through the Seipp Foundation.Not content with the ordinary?
