With growth continuing across both the private and public sectors, they are seeking a Project Manager to take ownership of major new builds within a dynamic and collaborative team environment in Christchurch.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you’ll take responsibility for end-to-end delivery of large-scale vertical builds, overseeing project planning, programming, subcontractor management, financials, and reporting. You’ll work closely with a proven leadership team and drive project outcomes across safety, quality, and performance. With a strong pipeline of high-profile projects ahead, this role offers the opportunity to lead landmark developments from early works through to handover.

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within a main contractor environment – Tier 1 or 2 commercial experience is essential
• Successful track record delivering vertical builds $20m+ (within either NZ or Australia)
• Strong capability in programming, subcontractor management, financial reporting, and risk management
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams and build trusted relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
