You will work hard to ensure your projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standard.ResponsibilitiesLead the project team in the successful execution and delivery of roading construction projects.Manage and direct contract administration, understanding contractual requirements and expectations.Set performance expectations with Engineers, Foremen / Supervisors and construction crews.
Monitor performance and address any issues.Ensure consistent forward planning, while organising subcontractors, material, plant and people.To be successful in this role, you will haveDemonstrated experience as a Project Manager delivering projects.Extensive knowledge in civil and other related industries.Relevant tertiary qualificationDemonstrated leadership capability with a strong focus on people, safety and qualityAbility to develop positive relationships with clients and internal / external teamsBe reliable and self-driven to ensure continued success in your roleYou will be a supportive and collaborative leader with a passion for developing and growing talent.
