Our client sits as an umbrella across two large enterprises (Australasian) and are embarking on a program to align people, processes, and technology.

They are a progressive, forward thinking organisation, looking to transform and future ready their business.

What you will do

As a Change Manager, you will form part of a newly developed programme team, working across two separate organisations, understanding existing people, processes and systems, and focussing on change impacts as a major business transformation gets underway.

You can expect to be involved in

Establishing a change management strategy, ensuring coordination with the Programme streams of work.

Working with the programme and project teams, and stakeholders across the business to plan and execute change management and communication activities to support substantial technology, process, and behavioural change impact.

Facilitation and support of Business Process Owners, providing change leadership, ensuring adequate involvement and informed decision making within a practical structure.

Skills and experience we are looking for

To be considered for this role you will be an experienced Change Manager with the following skills :

Change Management qualifications

5+ years of commercial experience, and exposure to enterprise environments

Experience developing and delivering effective communication and change plans

Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in priorities and environments

Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills
