We\'re looking for a strategic and people-focused Business Operations Manager to lead our multi-site operations across Aotearoa. Reporting to the General Manager - Seafood, you\'ll drive operational excellence, lead high-performing teams, and embed a culture of continuous improvement and cultural confidence. This is a rare opportunity to influence the future of seafood operations while honouring te ao Māori values.

  • Develop and execute a high-impact operations strategy
  • Lead and coach plant and depot managers across sites
  • Optimise supply chain, compliance, and contractor performance
  • Champion sustainability, climate resilience, and innovation

  • Proven leadership in food production or supply chain operations
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
  • Experience in project delivery and process improvement
  • Cultural awareness and commitment to te ao Māori
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills

    Tertiary qualification in business, operations, or related field
