About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Leadership Officer, you’ll partner with senior leaders in the Building Services, Growth, Hush and Digital business unit to deliver people strategies that lift performance and engagement. This is a hands‑on business partnering role with genuine scope to influence and shape the strategic direction of an ambitious business.
You’ll work closely with an experienced and highly regarded senior leader who is known for growing strong people practitioners through clear expectations, coaching and support. This is a rare chance to learn from and contribute alongside a strategic leader who’s deeply invested in building capability across the function.
