About the Role :
We are seeking a Change Lead to join our team on a part‑time (4 days / week) for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, reporting to the Head of Change and Organisation Development. In this role, you will provide programme‑wide change leadership across our transformation, ensuring adoption, engagement, and sustainable outcomes. You will coach leaders, align project change plans to the overall programme strategy, and oversee stakeholder engagement, readiness, and benefits realisation.
