Overview

A Technical Training Manager designs, develops, and delivers programs to enhance reseller technical skills, ensuring training aligns with organizational objectives and keeps staff proficient in current technologies and best practices. This role involves overseeing a team of trainers, managing budgets, evaluating program effectiveness, and leading installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting of the CCFS portfolio.

What You Will Bring

• Curriculum design : Develop comprehensive technical training programs, including e-learning modules, workshops, and hands‑on exercises, often in collaboration with Product Liaisons.
• Needs assessment : Conduct thorough analyses of individual and team skill gaps to identify specific training needs across departments.
• Training delivery : Facilitate and coordinate technical training sessions for a variety of audiences, from new hires to experienced professionals.
• Team management : Lead and mentor a team of technical trainers and instructors, overseeing their day‑to‑day activities and evaluating their effectiveness.
• Evaluation and reporting : Implement and monitor feedback and assessment processes to measure the effectiveness of training programs and report on key metrics like ROI and skill improvement.
• Budget management : Develop and manage the training budget, including resource allocation and vendor management.
• Strategic alignment : Collaborate with management and department heads to align training priorities with the company's overall business goals and evolving technology.
• Stay current : Keep up‑to‑date with industry trends, technical advancements, and new training methodologies to ensure all programs are relevant and effective.
• US Military Installations and Training Program :

Liaise with various branches of the military and Trimble sales team to schedule installations and training events.

Salary range : $92,750.00–$122,960.00. Bonus eligible : Yes. Commission eligible : No.
