This role involves overseeing a team of trainers, managing budgets, evaluating program effectiveness, and leading installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting of the CCFS portfolio.What You Will BringCurriculum design : Develop comprehensive technical training programs, including e-learning modules, workshops, and hands-on exercises, often in collaboration with Product Liaisons.Needs assessment : Conduct thorough analyses of individual and team skill gaps to identify specific training needs across departments.Training delivery : Facilitate and coordinate technical training sessions for a variety of audiences, from new hires to experienced professionals.Team management : Lead and mentor a team of technical trainers and instructors, overseeing their day-to-day activities and evaluating their effectiveness.Evaluation and reporting : Implement and monitor feedback and assessment processes to measure the effectiveness of training programs and report on key metrics like ROI and skill improvement.Budget management : Develop and manage the training budget, including resource allocation and vendor management.Strategic alignment : Collaborate with management and department heads to align training priorities with the company's overall business goals and evolving technology.Stay current : Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technical advancements, and new training methodologies to ensure all programs are relevant and effective.US Military Installations and Training Program : Liaise with various branches of the military and Trimble sales team to schedule installations and training events.Ensure efficient allocation of resources and timely completion of tasks according to customer requirements.Drive trip preparation, execution, and follow up.Triage infield parts, site, and technical issues.Skills / ExperienceStrategic Alignment : Ability to align training initiatives with overall business objectives through long-term planning, prioritization, and adaptable strategies.Relationship Building & Collaboration : Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, including conflict resolution.Effective Communication : Excellent verbal and written skills to clearly convey complex information to diverse audiences.Active Listening : Vital for understanding employee needs and gathering feedback.Team Leadership : Organize, motivate, and instruct training staff, and lead project teams.Coaching & Mentoring : Foster employee growth and development.Learning Theory : Understanding of learning principles to design, develop, and implement engaging and effective training programs and materials.Instructional Delivery : Lead and deliver effective training sessions, both in-person and virtually.Technology Proficiency : Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and virtual training platforms.Field Experience and Education : Minimum of 8–10 years of field or industry experience with site positioning or machine control systems or a higher education in a relevant field of study.CompensationSalary range : $92,
