OverviewPullman Auckland is looking for a talented and passionate Front Office Team Leader wishing to take the next step up in one's career and use their talent to create a vibrant culture within the Front Office team at the largest Accor property in New Zealand.ResponsibilitiesCoaching the team to ensure that every member is confident in providing valuable insider information about tourist attractions and restaurants to hotel guestsAssist in the hotel Front Office OperationsEstablish on the Job Training within the department to meet brand and service essentials, using department procedure manuals as a base for all service procedures and training.Assisting in recruitment activities, seeking staff who are passionate and have a natural inclination towards customer focused service.QualificationsPrevious Front Office experience is essential, as well as a proven track record of managing and motivating a teamKnowledge of Opera Cloud is advantageousExposure in a 4 or 5 star hotel environmentAbility to remain calm and diplomatic when under pressure, providing flexible solutions throughoutBe a skilled negotiator to resolve a range of guest and employee concernsImmaculate personal presentation and high level of communication – both verbal & writtenHold a Valid New Zealand Driver's LicenceAdditional InformationWhy join Pullman Auckland?
