About The Role

We are seeking Team Leaders to join our team of skilled, talented and passionate horticulturalists and landscapers.

You will work with a Trades Assistant and be responsible for maintaining and creating some of the most beautiful parks and greenspaces across Auckland.

Tasks And Responsibilities

Overseeing a Trades Assistant

Completing relevant reports

Using phone app daily to manage jobs

Running daily toolbox and pre-starts

Delivering seasonal tasks such as annual bed rotations

General Garden Maintenance including planting, pruning, fertilizing, mulching, streetscape and watering

Removal of pest plants

Using an array of small plant equipment including weed eaters, hedge trimmers, blowers etc

About You

Previous experience in gardening / horticulture a must

Have a passion for working outdoors and love to see the fruits of your labour

Are committed to providing the absolute best quality workmanship for our customers

Have a class one driver's license

Must be physically fit

Reliable and always on time for work

Comfortable leading and supporting team members

Health and safety conscious

Willing to embrace change and new possibilities
