We are seeking an experienced Operations Team Leader to oversee the strategic operations of our car park sites in Auckland. This leadership role focuses on optimizing site performance, supporting Facilities and Line Managers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Facilities and Line Managers.
- Monitor site performance, contractor compliance, and implement service improvements.
- Provide regular performance reporting and manage budgets to ensure cost control.
- Build strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact for operational issues.
What We’re Looking For :
Leadership Experience : 5+ years in management or operations in a multi-site environment.Operational Expertise : Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.Effective Communicator : Excellent written and verbal skills, with client liaison experience.Health & Safety Knowledge : Understanding of OH&S legislation and workforce management.Why Join Us?
