Enterprise Integration Services Team Lead

Responsibilities : - Lead and Mentor : Provide line management, career development, and engagement for a team of integration specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

• Deliver Integration Excellence : Oversee the design, build, and deployment of enterprise integration services using technologies such as SAP PI / BTP Integration Suite, Apache Kafka, SAP Event Mesh, Google Apigee, SAP API Management, Java / Node.js on AWS, and CI / CD with GitHub Actions.
• Champion Best Practices : Drive improvements in software development standards, CI / CD automation, testing frameworks, and DevOps maturity.
• Ensure Operational Reliability : Own platform performance metrics and operational support, ensuring high availability and rapid incident resolution.
• Collaborate and Influence : Partner with Enterprise Architects and cross-functional teams to define integration strategies, promote reference architectures, and deliver simplified connectivity solutions.
