At Pullman Auckland, we deliver pioneering experiences blending innovative work+ event spaces with vibrant social atmosphere for business, leisure and local guests. This role is a Part Time Communications Agent, acting as the control centre for the guest experience and the main point of contact for all incoming inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all inbound phone calls within the hotel
- Maintain excellent communication, multitask effectively, and remain calm under pressure
- Provide a friendly phone manner as the main point of contact for inbound inquiries
- Assist the wider front office team with reservations and group preparations; flexibility and willingness to pitch in are essential
Qualifications
Experience as a receptionist in a hotel environmentEligible to work in New Zealand for at least 1 yearPassion for interacting with people and creating connections through a friendly, enthusiastic approachAbility to create connections with guests via a well-mannered and enthusiastic approachComputer literacy; experience with Opera Cloud & Resaweb is a bonusFull NZ Driver's License (advantageous, not essential)Ability to work a rotating roster across 7 days including weekends and public holidaysBenefits & Additional Information
