Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, you'll help maintain the stability and security of our IT systems by providing advanced support, administering platforms such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, and Microsoft 365, supporting applications like SharePoint and Teams, leading incident resolution, mentoring service desk staff, and contributing to upgrades, deployments, and on-call support.Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows 10 / 11, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Active Directory / Azure AD.Excellent knowledge of mobile device operating systems - Windows 11, MacOS, Apple iOS and Android.Experience with Omnissa Workspace ONE or similar Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platforms.Proficiency in endpoint management, network troubleshooting, and scripting (PowerShell preferred).
Hands-on experience with applications such as SharePoint, with the initiative to solve problems and suggest improvements.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to mentor others.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred (not essential) : IT certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate, CompTIA Security+, VMware Certified Professional) and / or experience in healthcare or not-for-profit sectors.Nou te rourou | What's in it for you?
