A bit about the roleWe are looking for a hands-on IT Support professional to join our Wellington office on a 3 month fixed-term contract.
This is a full time role - 41.5 hours per week.This role has been created to support our IT Advisor with business-as-usual activity, freeing up capacity to progress our IT strategy.
You'll work across our business providing practical support, problem-solving, and coordination of our IT assets.Your responsibilitiesCoordinate IT assets for site establishment and close-down (modems, printers, SOS kiosks, desks, monitors, docks, keyboards / mice).
Manage new devices and user setups (laptops, phones, accounts).
Oversee e-Waste disposal and cable management at our Gear Street office.Swiftly resolve internal support requests via phone, email.Provide day-to-day user support including triage, troubleshooting, escalation, and liaison with external providers (Aiscorp, Spark, Ricoh, and others).
Document standard processes to support consistency and knowledge sharing.A bit about youYou'll be someone who is solutions-focused, approachable, and practical with a genuine interest in supporting people with their technology needs.
