This means there are endless opportunities to learn and develop and as we grow, you can grow with us.About the roleWe are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Technician to sit within the IT Service Desk team that delivers effective and efficient support to Summerset's Head Office and Villages.In this role you will provide frontline technical support of Summerset's Windows desktop, application, mobile and telecommunication environments to Summerset staff including logging, diagnosing, and resolving Service desk incidents and requests.About you2+ years practical experience working as a member of an IT Service desk team and Service Desk request handling.Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure ADKnowledge of Windows 10, Office 365 online portal and Office suiteProven working knowledge of the setup and support of Mobile phones and tablets (iOS, Airwatch MDM).
