Job DescriptionAbout the roleWe are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our Technologies team.

In this role, you'll work closely with stakeholders to analyse, design, and enhance IT and business systems that support our growing network of retirement villages.What you'll do : Analyse and document business needs and system requirementsLead process improvement initiatives and system enhancementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutionsSupport change management and training for new systems and processesMaintain accurate documentation using tools like Miro & the Microsoft suite

QualificationsWhat you'll need : 5+ years' experience in business systems analysis or process mappingStrong communication and facilitation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and business information systemsA practical understanding of the System Development LifecycleExperience in configuration using Modern Application Platforms
