You will be a consistent point of contact, ensuring patients feel well-supported as they navigate different parts of the hospital to receive optimal care.You WillProvide expert clinical, educational, and psychological support to patients and their families.Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT), including oncologists, breast surgeons, radiologists, and consultant pathologists.Attend MDT meetings, share recommendations with consultants, and ensure continuity of care by linking with other healthcare professionals both within the hospital and in the community.Offer support before, during, and after surgery, and cover clinics Monday to Friday.This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in breast cancer management within a collaborative, forward-thinking team, where your knowledge and compassion will make a real difference every day.
