You'll Be Responsible For
Providing strategic clinical leadership across our community health and general practice teams
Mentoring and supervising GPs, junior doctors, and registrars
Driving quality improvement, service development, and clinical governance
Embedding culturally safe and integrated models of care
Leading and contributing to innovative solutions that reduce health inequities
This position offers the opportunity to balance hands-on clinical work (minimum 0.2 FTE) with system-level impact (0.4 FTE).
