About the role

As a Clinical Lead, you'll balance clinical practice with professional leadership.

Supporting recruitment, mentoring, training, supervision, quality improvement, and service innovation.

You'll play a key role in growing and supporting both your local team and our wider services, while ensuring the delivery of outstanding outcomes for clients.

We're looking for someone with

5+ years' experience as a Physiotherapist (including ACC services)

Strong mentoring, leadership & organisational skills

A client-centred approach & passion for positive outcomes

Desire to contribute to innovation & excellence in healthcare
