You'll be someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about making a tangible difference to your community.You'll ideally have : At least 5 years of clinical experience in allied health or related sectorsProven leadership experience in a healthcare setting – formal management experience preferredA good understanding of ACC contracts and service delivery within a private health settingStrong communication and relationship-building skills – with both internal teams and external stakeholdersA strategic mindset, with the ability to identify and drive local growth opportunitiesExperience or interest in fostering bicultural competence and incorporating Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles into your workApplications close on 10th of October
