Group Manager, Clinical Service and Campus Planning - Planning, Funding & Outcomes

About the Role
Health NZ is working with our Regions to develop nationally consistent approaches to planning our clinical service delivery networks and campus planning to create nationwide fairness in how people can access health services. This work reflects the planning for a continuum of healthcare including community, primary and specialist hospital services. The primary purpose of the role is to develop and lead this planning. This strategic role will work across Planning, Funding and Outcomes, the four regions, partnering with Regional operational and planning leadership, and Clinical Networks.
The role will ensure plans, provide frameworks and directions for regional plans and support the recommissioning and development of national specialist services.
About you
You will have 5-10 years of experience in health planning and working experience in planning processes for social and / or health services. You will have a experience in working from a population perspective that considers the geography of New Zealand. The ability to lead networked teams whilst enabling and supporting local delivery whilst building strong relationships across large and complex organisations is essential in this role. A relevant graduate or post graduate qualification is essential in health, planning, human geography or related health fields.
