Job Description :

As the Property Manager at our Boulcott Village you will work full time on a 40-hour week from Monday-Friday. You will be responsible for a small team who look after the ongoing compliance and maintenance of all property, grounds and other Village assets.

Typical duties include :

• Day to day site management including repairs and maintenance
• Coordination of refurbishments, contractors and ongoing projects
• Property and asset planning
• Working with our residents to listen to their concerns and feedback and ensuring we are creating great environments with the highest of standards

Qualifications :

You will naturally take pride in maintaining and developing beautiful gardens and facilities and love to share your ideas and passion with your team.
