The successful applicant will work across Kenepuru, Wellington, and Hutt Valley Hospitals, supporting whanau, and clinical teams on-site to deliver high-quality, equitable care.Join us in leading with manaakitanga, equity, and excellence.
Based in both Wellington and Hutt Hospitals, the team connects whanau with appropriate services, advocates for their needs, and strengthens relationships between health providers and Maori and Community Primary Care providers.
We work closely with whanau and clinical services to deliver coordinated, whanau-centred support.
By influencing service design and delivery, Whanau Care Services helps shape a health system that reflects Maori values and aspirations, improving outcomes and empowering whanau both in hospital and at home.
