As a senior leader, you will drive quality improvement, collaborate with key stakeholders, and oversee cultural competency training to enhance healthcare outcomes.
You will play a key role in delivering the Pacific Health Plan, supporting workforce development, and implementing patient-informed quality improvement programmes.This role is located in the Wellington / Hutt ValleyRegion and requires the successful candidate to be living in that region to support the requirements of the role.
Focused on operational excellence and service improvement, the team works closely with stakeholders to drive faster access to hospital care and treatment, foster culturally responsive healthcare, and implement innovative solutions that meet the needs of Pacific patients and their families.
Reporting to the Head of Operations Pacific & H&SS Improvement, this position plays a vital role in ensuring health services are effective, inclusive, and aligned with the organisation's vision for equitable care.
