About the role :
Reporting to the Production Manager and based at Pokeno, you will play a key role in supporting the Blending & Canning production team through accurate administration, reporting, and coordination of processes. Your work will ensure smooth operations, compliance with health and safety standards, and continuous improvement in production efficiency.
More specifically, you will be involved in :
- Preparing and presenting comprehensive production and OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) reports for the Production Manager and team leaders.
- Reviewing and verifying production records, including batch files, for accuracy and completeness.
- Collating and submitting weekly temporary worker timesheets to agencies.
- Coordinating and administrating staff inductions, ongoing training, and rosters.
- Raising purchase orders for stationery and consumables as required by production teams.
- Administering and closing out corrective actions from audits (ANC’s, INC’s, SNC’s, GMP).
- Monitoring and coordinating laundry services with external suppliers.
- Supporting health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives, including workplace inspections and incident reporting.
What you will bring :
Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in production or manufacturing administration.Strong computer literacy and exposure to ERP / document process systems.Knowledge of quality systems, GMP, and health & safety practices.Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with a high attention to detail.Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.Experience in FMCG, lean manufacturing, or infant formula production is preferred.What we offer :
