About the role
We’re looking for a Project Administrator to join our Auckland office and play a key role in supporting our multi-disciplinary engineering teams. This is an opportunity to help support the successful delivery of projects across our Auckland region.
If you thrive on organisation, collaboration, keeping projects running smoothly, and supporting great teams, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
As our Project Administrator, you’ll provide operational, financial, and administrative support to help our teams deliver projects efficiently and on time. You’ll coordinate project documentation, reporting, invoicing, and schedules, while helping to maintain communication across our teams and with our clients.
This is a busy and varied role, so you will be a natural organiser with the ability to easily multi-task and prioritise your team’s workload.
What we offer
Working with a great team, collaborative environment, competitive remuneration, options for flexible working, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
About you
You’ll bring proven experience in project administration or coordination, ideally within a construction or engineering consultancy. You’re confident managing multiple priorities and enjoy helping teams work efficiently.
