This is your chance to work at the epicentre of growth, innovation, and impact.In this role, you'll own a defined enterprise territory, drive strategic engagement with NZ's top 100 corporates, and work hand-in-hand with leading IT channel partners and key government accounts to deliver real transformation.You'll collaborate with a high-performing team and have access to global expertise, top-tier technology, and the freedom to lead your patch like your own business.What You'll Be DoingUnderstanding the Data Centre Business Ecosystem and identify new opportunities within client accountsDeveloping deep relationships with enterprise customers, understanding their digital strategy, and aligning solutions that drive resultsWorking closely with channel partners, system integrators, and contractors to create new demand and close businessExecuting a quarterly / annual business plan across key verticalsBuilding and managing a high-value pipeline using Salesforce and disciplined sales cadenceIdentifying new project opportunities — fitouts, upgrades, hybrid IT rollouts — and bringing in the right mix of hardware, software, and servicesChampioning Schneider's sustainability and digital transformation value to your customersWhat We're Looking For3-5 years of sales outbound experience in the data centre Colocation & Telco industry with an interest in Digital TransformationExperience working with or through the IT channelKnowledge of enterprise IT environments, and exposure to data centres, infrastructure, software, or hybrid ITA natural relationship builder who can engage strategically and consultatively at all levelsExperience managing a pipeline, creating account plans, and navigating complex salesSelf-driven, commercially astute, and excited to be part of a fast-moving, purpose-led industryBonus Points If You HaveBackground working with Co-Lo, Telco, or infrastructure projectsExperience in or selling to Central Government agenciesUnderstanding of critical power, cooling, edge computing, and DCPI solutionsWhat's In It For You?
