About the role | Ko te kaupapaAs our business continues to grow and a large programme of project work is underway, we are excited to be expanding our finance team.

Six months ago, we welcomed our first Finance Business Partner (FBP) to CORDE, and it is now time to add a second FBP to support the business.This newly created role reflects both the scale of work ahead and our commitment to ensuring leaders across the organisation have the financial insight they need to deliver success.

You'll play a key part in shaping CORDE's future by providing commercial and financial insights that drive performance.In this role, you'll be involved in commercial modelling, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

You'll also have the opportunity to influence change by implementing new systems and processes from start to finish.

A strong understanding of project performance at the gross profit level is essential, as you'll be providing strategic advice to senior leaders.You thrive on data, using it to prepare reports, uncover insights, and make impactful recommendations.
